The Technology team is looking for motivated fresh graduates with strong analytical and software engineering skills. You will design and implement complex software systems that power a world-class hedge fund as part of a high-caliber team of software and investment professionals.

 

Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, with shortlisted candidates invited for a paid three-week assessment in April, May, or June. Following the assessment period, successful candidates will be offered a full-time position upon graduation.

 

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in technology and a passion for solving challenging problems using first-rate programming and engineering skills

• Proven ability to write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code following engineering best practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to explain engineering trade-offs to fellow developers and other stakeholders

• A collaborative mindset with attention to detail, a self-directed learning approach, and a strong work ethic

• Expected graduation up to December 2025
